All 4 nights accomodation (September 25th to 29th) are included in the convention ticket 🎫
The resort provides two kinds of accomodation: appartments (2 to 4 people), and houses (4 to 6* people) 👨👩👦👦
The accomodation selection will be done in accordance to your will of accomodation and roommates during the online registration process 💻
*Please note that the 6th bed is a single bed on top of a bunk bed
- 2 keys are available for the whole accomodation (appartment or house).
- Every accomodation includes between 4 and 6 single beds, 2 of which can be set as a double bed.
Appartments (2 to 4 people)
Restroom and shower, 1 closet, 1 upper floor.
Wheelchair-Accessible version is available (2 people max, no upper floor)
Houses (4 to 6 people)
Mezzanine version
Restroom and shower, 3 closets, mini-kitchen with electrical hotplate, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge, 1 upper mezzanine floor.
Ground floor version
Restroom and shower, 2 closets, electrical hotplates, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge, no upper room.
Wheelchair-Accessible version available
Warning: No bedsheets or towels cleaning will be done during the convention.
Take extra towels with you if you need them.
Appartments and houses will be available in the afternoon of the convention’s first day, Friday September 25th.
Appartments and houses have to be freed at 10am on the convention’s last day, Tuesday September 29th.
