Terms and conditions

General rules

• All attendees must be 18 years old or older.
• Any behavior that could damage the relationship between NormandiFurs and the different public or private stakeholders of the event is prohibited.
• The village VTF Le Sénéquet hires its own staff to properly run the venue. All attendees have to respect the staff and follow their orders.
• The privacy of inhabitants and attendees must be respected.
• Noise at night is prohibited outside of designated spaces.
• No racist, homophobic, transphobic or classist act will be tolerated.
• Don’t harass or intimidate anyone. If you encounter any conflict or tension, either because you were taking part or because you were witnessing it, you must refer to any safety staff.
• You must keep things that are publicly inappropriate in private spaces (ie. not outside nor out of common areas)
• Don’t bring or use any drugs. All drugs are strictly prohibited in France.
• Don’t smoke tobacco inside. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the venue.
• Don’t put anyone or yourself in a dangerous situation (health issues included).
• It is forbidden to hang from the light and sound structures, or to come close to any spotlight. It is also forbidden to move stage material or to access stage control areas.
• You must follow orders from the staff, especially from the safety staff.
• We decline responsibility for lost or stolen items.
• Any inebriated state that could lead to negative, incoherent or out of control behavior won’t be tolerated. You are responsible for your own consumption of alcohol, and you have to follow advice from the staff if they ask you to stop or limit your consumption.

If you don’t follow these rules, you will be forced to quit our event and we reserve the right to forbid you to take part in any future NormandiFurs event.

Any material that is out of the ordinary and that could lead to excessive noise, excessive heat, physical nuisance or excessive electrical consumption, must be authorized by the organizers prior to the event.

Any damages that you may cause, be it towards Normandifurs, subcontractors, or other attendees will be your liability. You will be asked to repair damages to the extent of the damages or any deposit.

Fursuits and Fursuit Lounge

Please respect fursuits and the people wearing them. Sight from within a fursuit is extremely limited. This means that the person inside may not see you even if they might look like they do. If a fursuiter hasn’t granted you explicit consent, you must not touch them until they give you permission. Any voluntary damage to a fursuit will be sanctioned with an immediate and definitive ban.

• Access to the fursuit lounge is reserved to fursuiters and their helpers.
• The fursuit lounge allows you to change clothes, but please keep some decency and respect other people’s privacy.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring food and beverages inside the fursuit lounge.
• It is forbidden to take pictures and videos inside the fursuit lounge
• Opening hours of the fursuit lounge have to be respected. If you need to change or take back personal items, you must do so 15 minutes before the lounge closes.
• The fursuit lounge is not a storage space outside of fursuits. We reserve ourselves the right to move your belongings if necessary.
• NormandiFurs will decline responsibility for any stolen or damaged item within the fursuit lounge.
• Don’t move any material and don’t plug/unplug power cables.
• Don’t damage or steal any item or material belonging to either NormandiFurs, the venue, or other attendees. If you are victim or witness of any incident, please refer to the staff.
• Respect volunteers and other users of the Fursuit Lounge. Any trouble that you may cause may lead to your exclusion from the fursuit lounge, or the event in its entirety.
• Only the fursuit lounge staff can allow you to enter the fursuit lounge. If you have any issues, please refer to them.

Rules of the fursuit lounge will be on display on location. You have to acknowledge them and respect them. Failure to comply may result in your exclusion from the lounge or the entire event.

Accommodation

Accommodation is included with your registration. They are provided by the village VTF Le Sénéquet from September 25th to September 29th 2026. All accommodation will be shared with other attendees.

The accommodation assignment will be done at the discretion of the village VTF Le Sénéquet and NormandiFurs. They are assigned in regards to their availability and attendees requests.

During the entirety of the stay, attendees are responsible for their accommodation’s cleanliness. No cleaning will be done between arrival and departure.

The accommodation must be given back in the morning of September 29th at 10:00am, following the guidelines set by the village VTF Le Sénéquet.

All attendees must follow the rules enacted by the village VTF Le Sénéquet. In particular, all attendees must observe arrival and departure times. No extra key will be given to attendees. They are responsible for their allocated keys. If a key is lost by an attendee, they will be charged 30€ for every lost key.

Depending on requests, NormandiFurs will assign accommodation to animated or calm neighborhoods. Attendees of calm neighborhoods will be asked to stop any noise past 22:00. On the contrary, noise in the animated neighborhood, as long as it’s not excessive, won’t be judged as hard by FurCalvaDance 7 organizers. Noise in the animated neighborhood, must be kept inside accommodations, in order not to disturb the village’s peacefulness. In particular, doors and windows must be kept shut in order not to propagate noise. To enforce these rules, volunteers may ask you to stop any noise, even in the animated neighborhood.

Any abuse will be sanctioned.

Pets are tolerated inside of accommodations, but not inside common areas. NormandiFurs and the village VTF Le Sénéquet may refuse access to any animals if they put safety or cleanliness of the venue at risk.

Dress code

During the entirety of FurCalvaDance, outside of designated zones with special dress code, a decent outfit will be required in public and common areas. By decent outfit, it is understood:

• An outfit that hides intimate parts of someone.
• No partial or complete nudity.
• No revealing clothes (latex, spandex, lycra, etc…)
• No dangerous or suggestive accessories: This includes (but not restricted to) collars with leashes, strangle collars, bracelets with D-Ring, cuffs, harness, diapers, spiked collars and bracelets, and any accessory that could harm other attendees.
• No suggestive or explicit outfit or accessories.

Some leeway will be granted to fursuits on certain outfits and accessories (ex: collars and harnesses) as long as they may not harm other attendees and they aren’t suggestive or explicit.

Designated zones with special dress code are:

• The fursuit lounge: Within the lounge, no clothes are mandatory. It is treated as a changing room, and as such, doesn’t enforce any dress code.
• The dance floor during events with relaxed dress code: This zone only covers the dance floor, which will be visually separated from outside of the zone. When attendees leave the zone, they have to go through a changing room and (if needed) have to put on a decent outfit. The duration of the relaxed dress code only covers the duration of the event, which will be communicated through usual FurCalvaDance channels.
• The VTF swimming pool: Within the pool, only a swimsuit is mandatory. Fursuits are not allowed in the water. A slight tolerance is given to wearing a fursuit head only at the edge of the pool’s water.

Within a zone with relaxed dress code, the following outfits are still forbidden:

• Being completely naked.
• Outfit with potentially harmful accessories (strangle collars, spiked collars or bracelets, leashes, etc…)
• Painted or lubed outfits and bodies (in order not to damage fursuits, even involuntarily)

Being in a zone with relaxed dress code does not entitle you to harass or bully other attendees. If you are a victim or witness of such behavior, please talk to the safety staff. It is also not allowed to engage in sexual acts or behavior during events with relaxed dress code.

If you infringe this dress code, you will be asked to change your outfit to something allowed. If you refuse or continue to infringe on it, you might get excluded from FurCalvaDance.

Picture privacy

Please note: French law is particularly harsh against pictures published without the consent of the people shown. If someone did not give you consent to take a picture, please refrain from doing so and don’t publish them on the internet or anywhere else.

When arriving, if you consent, you will be asked to sign an authorization to take pictures of you. These pictures will be used on our social media or to promote our events to other stakeholders.

If you do not want to appear on any photographic material, we advise you to tell organizers, photographers and videographers during the event (be they volunteers or other attendees).

Normandifurs refrains from using pictures that may damage privacy or reputation. We also refrain from using pornographic, racist, xenophobic, or unlawful media.

Purchase Terms

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend FurCalvaDance 7.

Attendees must pay all fees to validate their registration. This information is manually refreshed on our registration website. All registration requests and payments must be done before August 23rd 2026 at 23:59. After this time, no buy or resell of registration will be possible.

Following registration, attendees will have 21 calendar days to pay their registration fees. Beyond this time, there will be no guarantee of attendance and the registration may be given to another attendee.

Validation of registration may close sooner if the venue attendance reaches its maximum.

NormandiFurs may refuse attendance without justification to this private event. In this case, all fees will be refunded.

A valid ID (EU ID card or passport) will be asked upon arrival. Following that, you will be given a badge that you have to wear at all times. This will make sure that only legitimate attendees are present.

NormandiFurs does not have any obligation to refund payments done through HelloAsso.

Before August 23rd 2026, it is possible to contact organizers in order to resell your spot to another attendee.

In the case of an unforeseen crisis that results in the event cancellation, NormandiFurs will try to refund attendees with their best effort. The amount of refunds is done to NormandiFurs discretion.

No exclusion to FurCalvadance or any subsequent NormandiFurs event will grant any refund.

Other rules

A pool is located in the common areas of the village. Access, hygiene and swimming rules are enacted by the village VTF Le Sénéquet. All attendees must comply. In the case that the swimming pool is not open, no swimming will be allowed within the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is under no surveillance. Therefore, attendees that are unable to swim should not go in the swimming pool. It is also strictly forbidden to push someone in the swimming pool without their consent.

When attending FurCalvaDance 7, all attendees must agree to not using any pictures generated by artificial intelligence. This includes badge pictures uploaded on FurCalvaDance website, and any display during the convention. In general, all attendees must agree to only using pictures for which they own the intellectual property or a license for commercial or non-commercial use.

Attendees who take part into the Dealer’s Den must agree to only using pictures for which they own the intellectual property or a license for commercial use.

If an attendee were to use pictures generated by artificial intelligence for FurCalvaDance, the event organization may take sanctions at their own discretion.

Private data

Your private data will only be used by NormandiFurs for registration and identity verification upon arrival. Except for judiciary or medical reclamation, these data won’t be used to other means, with respect to GDPR.
